Patrice J. Harmon, DMD, MSD
Dr. Patrice Harmon grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in 2007, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa as well as to the University Hall of Fame. She then attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry, during which she served as class president all four years, and graduated in 2011. She practiced as a general dentist in her hometown of Long Beach until marrying her husband Mark and moving to Richmond in 2013. She practiced as a general dentist in Midlothian until 2019 when she decided to follow her passion of endodontics back to school. In an opportunity to be close to family as well as to be trained by the revered Dr. Kent Sabey, she pursued her post-graduate training at LSU-New Orleans where she graduated with a Certificate in Endodontics and masters degree in 2021.
Dr. Harmon is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association and its Southside Component, and Richmond Association of Women Dentists. She is currently board eligible for the American Board of Endodontics.
Away from dentistry, Dr. Harmon enjoys spending time with her husband Mark, young children Jude and Elliott, and their rescue dog Cooper. She enjoys trail running, spending time on the James River, cheering on Ole Miss baseball, traveling, and enjoying the wonderful food and music scene Central Virginia has to offer. When time permits, she has enjoyed volunteering with Girls on the Run, Sports Backers, and with Richmond Public Schools as a reading tutor.
