DENTAL INSURANCE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
FINANCING YOUR CARE
In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment options that we accept. DENTAL INSURANCE
We are happy to file to your dental insurance claims for you and have had excellent success obtaining coverage through many out-of-network insurance companies. We collect payment in full at time of services and we submit the claim to your insurance company as a courtesy to you. Benefits are assigned to you and whatever benefits you are due will be sent directly from your insurance company to you. Claims are submitted same day--please expect about 4-6 weeks for your benefits to arrive to you from your insurance provider.
If we are contracted directly with your insurance carrier, we will collect any applicable deductible and your estimated portion at time of services. Any remaining balance or credit after your insurance pays will be billed or refunded to you.
Dental insurance is very different from medical insurance and can be quite confusing--we are here to help! Please call us with any questions so that we can help you maximize your benefits.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Cash or Check: Always accepted.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
